After formation
Foreign-owned LLC annual requirements. We keep the calendar.
A foreign-owned US LLC has yearly duties from the start. We keep the calendar and remind you in time. Our partner tax firm prepares and files Form 5472 in the Tax package; we renew agent and state report in the Renewal package.
Form 5472 for tax year 2026: due April 15, 2027.
This usually applies even if your LLC was only formed in 2026. Request Tax early so our partner tax firm has enough time. Request Tax →
