3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

- Be a US resident or have a valid US tax identification number (SSN or ITIN)
- Have a personal credit score of 680+ for our business credit programs

Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- One-time payments are due in full at enrollment
- Monthly payments are automatically charged on the same day each month
- Taxes may apply based on your location
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
For monthly payment plans, you may cancel at any time after the first 3 months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your enrollment in our Services unless revoked in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Formation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Denial of credit applications or lower credit limits than expected
- Negative impacts on your credit score from hard inquiries or credit utilization
- Actions or omissions of third-party lenders, credit bureaus, or service providers
Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freedom Formation from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another party, or (d) misrepresentation of information provided to us or to lenders.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:
